molbloc-S sonic nozzle based elements for flow up to 1000 slm(1/2 in.)
(1/4 in.)
molbloc range selection tool

An Excel™ spreadsheet to help you to compare the uncertainty (accuracy) of your Device Under Test (DUT) and the various molbloc/molbox combinations that DHI offers.

It determines the molbloc's uncertainty when used with each type of molbox, and compares it to that of the DUT. The spreadsheet handles the "compound" uncertainties such as %FS
+ %Reading, given by many MFC manufacturers.

Range information for all three molbloc calibration types and all of the molbox supported gases are also provided. You can change the molbloc choice at any time and the error and uncertainty ratio data in the tables and on the charts is recalculated and displayed.

molbox1™

Flow Terminal

The heart of the molbloc/molbox system.

• Performs data acquisition and processing functions
necessary to determine the flow through a molbloc flow
element that is connected to it
• Flow measurement uncertainty of ± 0.2 % of reading
• Very high performance, quartz crystal oscillator based,
  pressure transducers
• Two molbloc channels allowing two molbocs to be
  connected simultaneously and measurments to
  be switched between them
• Integrated analog MFC measurement and control optIon
  with switchbox for multiple channels
• Valve driver option (8 switchable 12V outputs).
• molbloc/molbox has been assigned
  NSN 6680-01-466-2062

molbox RFM™

Reference Flow Monitor

Choose molbox RFM if you do not need molbox to set and read analog MFCs

• With microrange™ option, number of molblocs needed to cover your range is minimized
• Flow measurement uncertainty of ± 0.5 % of reading
• Microrange option to reduces measurement uncertainty under 10 % of molbloc full scale
• Micromachined silicon, piezoresistive pressure transducers
• Very compact. presentation • Lower cost than molbox1
